In its endeavor to be the provider of choice for comprehensive high-quality technical solutions and military services for military equipment, PANNESMA CO. LTD, a subsidiary of Atheeb Group, has signed a Teaming Agreement with GAL AMMROC (Global Aerospace Logistics - Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Center) one of the leading providers of integrated aviation services.

Atheeb Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Saad Al Baiz, and GAL AMMROC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Mahmood Al Hameli, formalized the agreement in a signing ceremony on November 16 at Dubai Airshow 2023.

The ceremony was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Vice Chairman of the Board of Atheeb Group.

The agreement will allow for collaboration between the two parties to engage in military aircraft maintenance in Saudi Arabia.

The signing of this teaming agreement is another significant milestone for Atheeb Group’s venture to meet the growing needs of the Saudi Arabian market for Technical, Management and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and MRO services, as well as a hallmark for its ongoing support of Saudi Vision 2030.
